01Try before you buy

The Free Demo lets you experience live posture monitoring, blink detection, screen-distance tracking and break reminders in your browser — at no cost and with no time limit. We encourage you to try it fully before purchasing Pro.

If ScreenMedic Pro isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No lengthy forms, no interrogation — just email us from the address you purchased with.

03How to request a refund

Email support@screenmedic.app with your order reference and a short note. We confirm within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

04Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for requests made after 14 days, for purchases showing signs of abuse (e.g. licence sharing or fraud), or where required otherwise by law. Enterprise agreements are covered by their own contract terms.

05Enterprise & volume orders

Team and organisation licences are handled case-by-case under a separate agreement. Contact our sales team to discuss terms before purchase.
