Download every metric we've stored about your sessions as a clean JSON file.

Correct

Ask us to correct anything that doesn't look right. We'll fix it and write back to confirm.

Delete

Permanently delete your account and all associated metrics. Irreversible by design.

How to request

One email. Seven days max.

Email privacy@screenmedic.app from the address on your account with one of: EXPORT, CORRECT, or DELETE. We confirm within 24 hours and complete within 7 days.
